Data Analytics & Reporting
A large bank in KSA wanted to provide their employees with insight into both
individual and company performance. Data was big, and any KPIs that were available

architecture and building data models and hubs for gathering all of this to
analyze for further data science and AI and helped this client to implement an
accelerated data and built high-performance tabular models and visually

• The solution extracted data from OPERA as Hotel Reservation
System and ISCALA as Backoffice System, while financials and reservation systems
data were aggregated in EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse).

reporting, operational data metrics, Food and Beverage (Restaurants) metrics,
Robotic Process Automation
We created an internal Robotic Process to generate customer invoices automatically
on Word format, The process would log into SharePoint, filter the hours filled by
each employee on a specified project, calculate the total amount, and fills it on
the word document via a pre-defined template.
The result will be an invoice ready to be submitted to the customer immediately,
sent via Email to the HR, with no human interaction, this task became fully
We created a Robotic Process to register new employees, The process would
automatically create the Active Directory user as well as the Office 365 user, only
needing as input the name of the user.
When the process is complete, an email will be sent to the HR informing them
that the new user is created.
